Our services are affordable and our pricing is all up-front so you know in advance what you will be paying for your site. Our web development and web design services run $60.00 per hour, and hosting your web site with Paydirt Design starts at just $10.00.

Web Site Design and Development Pricing

We will speak with you to understand your needs and goals, and will design the right web site to represent your organization on the internet, with the back-end that will support your business needs and goals.

After our preliminary consultations with you for site redesigns or new site development work, we will provide you with an estimate, based on the expected hours the project will take.

Barring changes from you which impact the scope of the project, the maximum we will charge you will be noted on this estimate.

We require a 50% down payment before work will start on major projects.

Web Site Maintenance

Web site maintenance and updates are billed at $60.00 per hour based on actual hours of work spent. For maintenance, we can provide a general guide for price range in advance.

For existing Paydirt Design clients with accounts in good standing, no down payment is required on routine maintenance and updates, though 50% down payment is required on larger projects.

50% down payment is required based on general price guidance for new clients for maintenance work. Overall cost is likely to be higher for clients with their sites hosted elsewhere, or with sites that we did not initially design and develop.

Changes in Scope or Project

If you have changes in your needs for the web site once we have started a project, we will need to discuss theses changes with you. Some changes may be minor, and can easily be worked into the existing project. More significant changes may require a separate project, or may require a change order. Changes such as these will affect both the time line and the overall cost of the project.

General Pricing Guidelines

We find that most clients can get a custom built basic web site for $500-$700. For additional features or functionality, such as content administration, events calendars, blogs, or photo galleries, the pricing will increase. Our $10.00 per month web site hosting service meets the needs of most small businesses and non-profits. If you need additional hosting capacity, we will get you the right options at the right price.

Payment Options

We accept cash or company checks for payment of invoices or deposits. Any web design or web development project that is paid in full (payment received by Paydirt Design) within 15 calendar days of the invoice date will receive a 10% discount.
