Usability (or Web Usability)

Web usability is the concept of how difficult or easy it is for a web site visitor to interact with your web site. A site is considered usable if web site visitors require no additional training to use your site and do not have to 'figure it out.'

Why Does This Matter to Me?

Insuring that your web site is usable will make it easier for your site visitors to complete the tasks you desire of them on your web site, whether that's to learn about your services or to make an on-line purchase. Providing a usable web interface will also increase visitor satisfaction, improving the chances that a visitor will return to your site in the future or recommend your site to a friend or colleague.
